Cons (-) Pillows and towels missing, we were 3 of us and had towels, soaps and pillows for 2. Tile on the wall had a bloody snot dried on it. TV would not turn on so we called the reception desk, when the utility service man came to fix the TV we also showed him the dirty bloody snot on the tile in the bathroom, he took out his utility knife scraped it off and said...there you go and left saying goodbye ve...
