The location
I was expecting the same level as the Kempinski hotel in Berchtesgaden, but defined it is not the case. The building is old, noisy. You hear noise of doors opening and closing the whole day, and the noise from the street is loud. It seemed my bed was in the middle of the street. The pool is small.

Location is amazing....very central. Service is great too...staff are pleasant and helpful. Parking tho a bit expensive at Euro 30/day is convenient and close so you can actually use your car.
We were informed, on check in, that some renovation work was still in progress but it wasn't that noticeable....perhaps because it was the weekend. What was noticeable was that the main tap in the bathroom was rusty and the shower head in the standing shower area was actually broken and leaking. I asked if the room was still be to renovated and was told that it had already undergone 'soft renovation'. In any case, I did not expect this. The amenities were lacking too...no mouthwash. Room, tho on 3rd floor, was not well insulated - loud music from outside could be heard until at least midnight
