Location
I have written twice asking the refund because of the covid-19 emergency. My cancellation was not a change of mind but a consequence of the pandemy. Lastly, I have underlined that the Hungarian Govt declared the National Emergency. Twice they refused, stating that they reimburse only South-Korea and Italy requests. This is unacceptable and a shame, taking profit of a global emergency for keeping a couple of hundred euros on their pocket. They should be ashamed by their lack of empathy, that shows little if customer caring.

great location - immaculate all round - brilliant staff - would stay again or recommend if visiting budapest
not amazingly well labelled hallways - had to ask how to find the pool as hallways were closed - indoor pool was quite cold so couldn’t use as much as liked
