Overpriced and poor service
The evening meal at the in house restaurant and the comfort of the bed.
The room rate did not reflect the standard of the room. The rate was commensurate with a well appointed multi room suite, possible even 4.5 star when in fact the room was no better than any accommodation better than 50-60% cheaper in price probably 3 star. The mantra of this particular hotel appeared to be charge the guest for everything yet the room rate possibly should have been inclusive of a bit more, I mean I was being charged $470/night for the priviledge of sleeping and nothing more.
Easy access to shops and restaurants, did not have to use the car could access everything on foot.
The $15 parking fee per day and we had dinner at the Casino restaurant and became ill from the steak I ordered.
the proximity to the canberra city walk and nightlife
having to pay $15 per day for parking
Room design - excellent layout for working and comfort
Visit relatives and do shopping.
Good location. Very large room.
Only one comfortable seat in a very large room. The 2nd person needs to stay in bed for a comfortable seat. Poor bathroom not in accordance with a 4* hotel. No separate shower.
