Staff were excellent in assisting us with a family emergency.
The room was basic. Furnishings were outdated as was the bathroom. The kitchen had very limited appliances and equipment. The beds were substandard and one of the dining chairs was broken.

Good reception staff and nice to be able to park so easily. The suite itself was excellent. Very comfortable and, despite the groups staying there, surprisingly quiet.
The buffet breakfast was disappointing. The offer $17 seems a bargain but the quality just isn't there. Its convenient but on our 2nd day we went elsewhere.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to shopping and attractions. Great parking facilities.
It would have been good if there was a double bed and a single bed instead of 1 king bed as there were 2 adults and a child under 2yrs old.
