Comfortable bed and bedding, interesting views to the east, good tv, good lift service, basement parking.

It was friendly and helpful - location was great - parking external was very close - the bar next to the reception was very welcoming and the staff very friendly and helpful - room was very clean and rest ful -

would have taken room service instead of restaurant - did not like the set menu and the set price - next will take room service - cheaper and if you want to choose what to eat and if only want one meal - for the cost in the restaurant not good value - The tv broke down during my stay took nearly three hours for tech to arrive - and the security card did not work - so could not get into my room and had to take all my luggage back to reception for another card - under ground car park was took few parkes and very difficult even in a small car - decided to risk parking across the road - the bed in the room gave me a bit of a start when I sat on the bed it moved. - but over all no real complaints - these are just little annoyances -

staff were very helpful and efficient, bed was comfortable

sink in the bathroom had taps in odd position and water got everywhere

The helpfulness of the staff -particularly when responding to the unexpected ( a fire alarm on Friday night)

My room needs minor repairs - lights,television. It is also not fully sound proofed against the noise of the lifts.
