Basic but had everything needed for a week's business visit
Nice staff and good facilities (washing machine, kettle, stove etc) Very good location near Acton/ANU
Limited wifi - 100mb per day (added up for the full trip) which dropped out a lot.

Location.
Discovered late Saturday evening that my room hadn't been serviced that day. Very annoying. Reception staff most helpful in trying to remedy things the next day. But the Sunday service looked a bit ad hoc.
