Pros: Always on time

Cons: Food bad. Much better taste at the lounge in Doha

Cons: Too hot in the plane - was far too hot. too late the drink...after I eaten.

Cons: Wine list was poor. Enough of a premium is built into the business class fare to get some decent wines onto the list. Coffee is not so good either.

Cons: The TVs weren’t working on the seats for the duration of the 8 hour flight. Some of them were working for other customers and we pointed it out to some of the flight attendants but they took no action

Pros: I like the atmosphere of the Swiss airline company, checking in, flights was excellent

Pros: Everything from the crew being super accomodating and friendly to the comfort and taste of the food was delicious.

Pros: Great attentive crew.

Cons: Boarding has no groups, seats are small
