Pros:Historic value and central location in downtown Chandler was nice.
Cons:Opportunities to improve overnight security and services. During the week that I was there it was not uncommon to find room service trays and such in the hall ways. I also had an incident comming across someone sleeping in the elevator.

Pros:Food was good in the Resturaunt
Cons:Way too noisey and we had to wait an hour for our room to be ready.

Pros:Criown Sam Marcos is beautiful and well kept. The front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Cons:Beds were a little hard. In the restaurant AJs, the food was ok but the wait staff was terrible.

Pros:We stayed for our 10th anniversary. The architecture was super cool. We loved the building. We love the history and all of the historical pictures inside the lobby. Breakfast outside was delicious. They are in a perfect location to walk to almost anything you need.
Cons:The pool area could use a facelift, but I'm not sure how they would fit that in with the historic nature of the whole property. It was still nice enough for swimming.

Cons:The beds and pillows were horrible. I got charged for room service on my bill and im having a hard time of getting a hold of accounting to resolve it.

Pros:Our server at the pool, Shannon, was the only thing we liked.
Cons:People at pool allowed to bring their own coolers full of beer to the pool. Caused it to have a very trashy feel!
