Pros: This time, nothing except they actually had a car.
Cons: Car was dirty. Extending the rental because of blizzard was a hassle.

Car unavailable at first location
Pros: The staff at the Elm location was very friendly and went out of their way to help take care of us.
Cons: The car class that we originally reserved was unavailable when we arrived, so the more expensive cars were not made available to us for our reserved price. Rather, we were driven to another location 10-15 minutes away by an employee, where they also said they didn't have a car available. But after some work with the staff there, they were able to arrange for a car there to be given to us.

Pros: Pick-up and drop off was quick and easy. The Hertz representative was pleasant and helpful.
Cons: While the car was clean, it still had a slight odor of cigarette smoke and had several set in stains on the interior that made the car look dirty and feel old.

Cons: I was not happy with the car. I received the car dirty (inside and out), it had many dents and scratches, and the service was ok. I have never rented a car that looked like a used car before...all the rentals I have rented in the past were clean and not damaged. I will not be renting a car from Hertz on Elm St again.

No Major Problems!
Pros: I had no problems with my rental car and the process!
Cons: The actual office in Cincinnati is really small. There is a sign that says only two customers are allowed at a time. Granted, I picked up and dropped off right as they were closing, but both times there was a decent wait. They usually staff two guys, but I must have caught them when there was only one.
Cons: When I arrived to pick up my Car, my reservation was not in the system. After closer inspection, the agent said that third parties were booking customers at the downtown office instead of the airport because the prices were lower. He indicated that he would get me a low rate, but would have to include the Airport Fee's etc. I was fine with that, until he came back at over $75 per day more...Needless to say I booked through another rental company via their online forms.
I will not use Enterprise again, and most likely will not use Kayak for car rental again.

Pros: Good service. Received a upgrade because didn't have the size requested.
Cons: Wrong size car. It was a free upgrade but too a much larger vehicle with poor gas mileage. All else was fine.
