Charged me for an extra day because they did not c
Pros: Car was clean. I ordered a smaller car (Ford Focus) because I wanted good gas mileage. They did not have one when I showed up so after spending 10 minutes trying to get me to pay more money for an upgrade they gave me the bigger SUV (Chevy Equinox) at the same price. The care was very nice, very comfortable so it is hard to complain but it is not what I asked for.
Cons: I called the Frisco Location I rented from and confirmed they had a dropbox and that it was OK to drop the car off after hours Wednesday night. I was paying through Thursday morning but I had no problem with that. I received an conformation E-mail that they received the car on Friday morning. I asked them what they charged me and they added an extra day charging me through Friday even though the large white SUV was parked a few feet from their front door. I asked them to remove the extra day and said I had the gas receipt from the gas station they share a parking lot with to confirm the time and date I dropped off the vehicle. They said there was nothing they could do but they would talk to the manager next week about it!!!

Cons: Reserved an Intermediate SUV, but found out what that actually is, is the smallest SUV you can get. They only call it intermediate, but there is no size they offer smaller, that is the smallest. Intermediate MEANS middle so this is deceitful. That wouldn't have even fit three of our suitcases, so we upgraded to a larger one, which is of course what they intend. They also had us down to pick it up at noon, and online it shows their hours on Sunday as closing at noon. So, we got there at 11 to pick it up, and they tried to charge us extra for picking it up "early." They ACTUALLY closed at 2pm, but that's not what it says on their website so we had no way of knowing. Plus, we're not keeping the car any longer than planned if we drop it off at 11am. My husband took issue with the charge and they ended up taking it off. So there are ways they try to sneak in more charges, just pay attention. Call for hours, you can't trust the website. And intermediate actually means SMALL.

Pros: I have always used kayak. And each time I used Kayak I was always satisfied. The reason for my satisfaction goes beyond the pricing. But I also enjoy the comfort and ease at booking my rental very swiftly. And one last thing I like about kayak, is the opportunity that I get in spreading my choices among different rental services.

Pros: The courteous service personnel at the office at Frisco, Dallas.
Cons: The response for help while I was driving with a warning sign on the dashboard of the car was far from satisfactory.
Pros: They did NOT have the car I rented or a similar car! What they had was nothing close to what I had rented. The person at the counter was rude and unhelpful.
I ended up renting from another company while standing in the lobby at Budget. This was on Christmas Eve and it cost me 250.00 more. I want that money back from soneone and am ready to go after them
I will NEVER use Budget Rent car again.

Watch the small print!
Pros: The car was new and clean.
Cons: Thought I was getting unlimited mileage but the small print said 1750 miles included. Went about $400.00 dollars over that. My fault but I am sure many people missed the very small print.
