Pros: Drop-off was super easy. Actually I had to return the car at SAX airport until I realized I was flying out of SNA John Wayne airport. The LAX staff were very understanding, and for a small fee they effected the change. Special recognition for Manager Tyler who is so courteous and professional, not only with me but with the other customers too. He is your secret weapon to getting more customers! I am a regular Hertz member for 14 years, but came over to Alamo this time because of the much better price.Cons: Car was clean, only 27,000 miles, Toyota Sienna, worked beautifully. We were five of us including baby, trunk area was large for all our suitcases and baby stroller. Overall, very happy.

Pros: Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very impressed with how well everyone treated us.Cons: We ended up with a flat and were told to go to local address to exchange the car. When we went, they had NO cars available. So that was a waste of time and a bit frustrating.

Pros: The CCP Virus has affected business. The bus driver was kind. The counter staff was friendly. Pickup at LAX shuttle was fast and had car keys in 5 minutes Phoenix Drop off in and out in 10 minutes!

Cons: Kayak had incorrect information about the shuttle. You need to take parking lot e shuttle and transfer to advantage shuttle. The advantage shuttle was filthy!!

Pros: The staff was friendly and the price was good.Cons: We waited 50 minutes to get picked up from the airport. Then when we returned the car, in 90 degree weather, the air conditioning wasn't working in the shuttle and we sweated to death going back to the airport.

Pros: Drop off was easy with about a 5 minute wait.Cons: We waited for the Advantage shuttle for 45 minutes as all the other rental car shuttles passed repeatedly. Then we waited another 30 minutes in line to pick up.

Pros: It took me 1.5 hours to get my car. There were 20 customers in line and only 3 agents on duty. Then one of the agents decided to take a lunch. I was literally shopping for another car while I was in line, as were others.Cons: Have more agents on duty when they know there are lots of customers scheduled to pick up.

Pros: The staff was friendly and useful.Cons: The car was dirty and smelled bad. We bought clorox wipes to clean some of the dried stains that we found; it helped with the smell. We also kept the windows open as much as possible to let the air circulate. After a couple days, the smell was contained.

Pros: The drop was really simple and quick.Cons: There should be a non-diesel option regardless of the car size. When I went to pick up the car, I was told that I would have to pay extra $25 to get a non-diesel car, which was not specified when I was making the reservation.

Pros: the rate was not honored and wanted to triple the cost. the agent claimed a "glitch" in the system had given me that rate and adding 12 hours to it 9 am vs 9 am voided my rateCons: i wish i could had added 12 hours to my reservation without triple the cost. i cancelled and went thru to costco still at a higher rate but lower that this agency
