Cons: When I showed up at the rental counter, they said they had no cars and couldn't do anything to help me since I had not prepaid for my rental. Fortunately there was another rental car company close that had cars or I would have been stranded.

They lost my reservation
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: They lost my reservation. The store wasn't staffed during business hours (the doors were locked and a number was posted on the door). When I called, they said they closed early because they ran out of cars and accused me of making up my reservation.
Pros: Pick up was the quickest yet at this location. Very pleased.

Unprofessional and unhelpful
Cons: My father in law made a reservation for me and entered his credit card information, as he was the one paying for the rental. I got to the rental booth at the airport and was denied the rental because I didn't have my credit card. The associate was not understanding at all of my situation and simply brushed me off and sent me elsewhere to try to rent a vehicle.
Cons: Pick up was supposed to be at 8am but because only one staff member was there and she was dealing with a customer who was renting a moving van, she couldn't even start helping me until 8:30. Then she couldn't find my reservation. The delay caused me to miss one of my meetings.
