Pros: The people were very friendly and did their best to compensate for the long wait I experienced when I first picked up the car.
Things that went above the call of duty to help me...
1. Gave me 10% off
2. Gas card for my next rental
3. Allowed me to return my car to the airport location, saving me an uber drive.
4. when I offhandedly mentioned I had just received a parking ticket, the lady at the counter said hand it to me and we'll take care of it. I NEVER expected that and it was so fantastic!
Cons: I got there on a busy friday afternoon and had to wait over an hour for a car to be available for me. I found some papers and such from the last driver which made me feel it wasn't thoroughly cleaned before passed on to me.

Pros: Customer service was excellent. The people there answered all my questions and helped me in every way. The car we rented was in great condition too. My friends and I were really satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you Enterprise!
Pros: The pick up was easy and fast. No problems or long lines.
Cons: This would be my second time in the last three weeks renting a car from Hertz, and I don't understand why they take you through that soft credit check when I just rented a car two weeks prior. I don't like that part of the rental process.
