Pros: I was impressed with the ease of picking up the car and the drop off. For some reason, some agencies can take a half hour to get you into the car. At the counter in MGM, it was easy and it was fast. The car was new, clean and performed wonderfully. Very positive experience.

I have never so very dissatisfied
Cons: My flight was delayed, I made it so late to my destination that I had to cancel the rental... and guess what? they kept the money... NO REFUND, NOT EVEN A PORTION, THEY KEPT IT ALL RENTAL AND INSURANCE.
Pros: Good customer service and nice, new and clean car.

Pros: car itself was fine
Cons: hidden airport tax fees, etc. which were not included/mentioned in the kayak reservation. I ended up traveling further to get a "cheaper" car which ended up being just as expensive as everywhere else.

Cons: Safety light was initially on when I started to drive but eventually turned off.
Pros: Super efficient helpful service, great lady there we interacted with. Such a brilliant deal we had. So glad we rented from a local location and not the airport.

For my first time great experience
Pros: I really love how they tried there best to work with me. I loved the customer service!!!
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is the pick up drop off service. The wait was very annoying, but all in all a great experience!!!

Pros: The people at the downtown office of Montgomery Alabama were very apologetic and were very accommodating. Very Professional
Cons: I booked this through Kayak and it wasn't at the airport location. I had to pay a taxi $25.00 to get me to the downtown location. I was very irate and tired after a long trip. The least Enterprise could do was have someone take us to the downtown location for free. On kayak, it should give us a choice of the location we want. We have no clue.

Pros: I liked the email confirmation.
Cons: According to the email confirmation, I arrived before 7pm to pickup the vehicle and the customer sales rep informed me they had no available vehicles and it wasn't guaranteed any would be available. Such an inconvenience! So I went to Hertz and they did have vehicles.
Pros: The ease and convenience of the renting process
Cons: The first car had a mechanical issue with the A/C

they will rip you off and will take your money any
Cons: i initially booked for 5 weeks and when i wanted to extend for 1 day, they wanted to charge me 100+ for a single day. I was averaging about that for a week. I decided to go elsewhere for the extra few days at 30 a day. very poor service and expensive
Pros: Excellence was at the forefront. Great car. Great service will use again, soon.

Can't rate if no vehicle.
Pros: Associates polite and courteous.
Cons: Reservation was made about 2 hours prior to me picking up the vehicle, but nothing available at the site when I got there. Left stranded at the airport for 2 additional hours while I checked every other rental company present and ended up cancelling reservation. Will be calling the site direct before reserving anything in the future.
Cons: One small thing my passenger and I noticed was there were a couple of things left from previous journeys in the glove compartment, one being the rental receipt of a previous customer and one a passenger's medicaid card.

Pros: The customer service was excellent! The sales associate at pickup was very pleasant and was prepared for my arrival because I booked the rental online. When I returned the vehicle, a different sales associate helped me but was just as pleasant and the return was simple. The online procedure was user friendly and the price of the rental was very reasonable.
