Pros: The location is super convenient for us and the staff working there were very nice.
Cons: The car was dirty when we picked it up; the tank was under half full; and the daily charge for an extra driver, which I didn't realize was going to be as high as it was, made the deal less economical than I originally thought it would be when I placed order online. That's a learning lesson for me for next time.

Pros: I thought it was a fair price for a day rental. The car was clean.
Cons: I had to wait a pretty long time for the service rep to go and get the car.
Both reps were out of the building to get cars for other customers.
They should find a closer holding lot.

Cons: The rental office is on a busy main street, and the pick up/drop off usually requires double parking. The staff is used to this and handles the challenge adroitly, but as renter dropping of a car, it was a little nerve-wracking.
Pros: Tucked in out of the way this was an unexpected pleasure. I was picked up promptly and the car was ready. The car was clean and in excellent working order. Excellent customer service. Thanks Yves!
Cons: It isn't open on Sat or Sun!!

Pros: Pretty decent experience overall. No problem getting my vehicle nor dropping it off.
Cons: The vehicle came with an issue that I was unaware of until about 10 hours into my trip. The tail light was not working, but you know, I didn't get pulled over, and when I told them of the issue, they said even if I got a ticket they would've taken care of it. So I guess it's still pretty good.

Really on the ball
Pros: We reserved a car for a busy holiday weekend. Enterprise was awesome. They called us two days before to confirm and start check-in, and they advised us to show up super early to avoid any lines (which we did). During our trip, the car got dinged in a parking lot. Enterprise didn't charge us anything and helped us file a claim with our insurance company. Really great customer service all the way through. Plus the car was beautiful and clean.
Pros: What kind folks! That's how you should run a business. With honesty and integrity. (DUH) Thank you silver spring budget for making what was a terrible experience in Medford worthwhile with your amazing caring compassionate customer service!
Cons: First, the office was difficult to locate since it is in a shopping plaza not right on the road as it had been explained. When I returned the car after waiting for the agent to finish his phone call and acknowledge that I was there, the man at the counter was extremely rude. When I questioned the gas prepay refund I was instructed to take it up with the company. That he doesn’t represent the company and that it was expressed in the contract I had read and signed. At which point upon further questioning he provided said pamphlet. I was instructed that I should have read the fine print- and was again told to take it up with the company. Needless to say if I ever rent with Avis again I will be much more explicit in my requests since they obviously conveniently leave things out.
