Value of Money
Pros: I did not like the customer service. The representative that walked me through the "sales" process was vague about the day to day charges for tolls, gas, etc. I repeatedly told her that did not want any extra services and wished to have the car that was quoted to me. I ended up paying an extra $150 dollars at the end of the trip because of it. My experience was not enjoyable and I will not be renting with your company for the rest of my life.

Will never use Enterprise.... ever!!!!
Cons: The salesman was rude and I'm petty sure racist, to my sister and I. He was no help whatsoever. Why would kayak reserved a car for me and the salesman tell me that there is nothing to rent me. Somebody screwed up. Messed up my plans and ruined my wife's birthday. F**k you enterprise. I will never use this car rental company ever again.

Pros: Polite and friendly staff
Car condition, type
Much better price than competition
Cons: Unattended drop-off on Sunday, wasn't aware of that but worked out fine.

Not the airport
Pros: The people were great and very helpful, even when I went to the wrong location to get my car. The price was right though. The car was great.
Cons: Thought I was at the airport location, but I wasn't. Better read the location before you reserve. My error on that.

Great Service and Brillaint Vehicle
Pros: The service at both the Denver location and San Francisco was brilliant, the staff were friendly and explained all aspects of the rental to us.
Cons: When trying to book directly through Enterprise over the phone the service was poor and the staff sounded very reluctant to help me find the best deal.

Enterprise cancelled the rental
Cons: Kayak allowed me to rent a car despite the fact that Enterprise didn't have any cars available. Enterprise then called & woke me up the next morning to let me know they were cancelling the reservation & had been soldout for 2 weeks.
