"Reservations" doesn't really mean you have a rese
Pros: There was a car.
Cons: Reserved a certain size of car online before flying in. Upon arrival I was informed that the reservations online didn't really hold any weight on whether or not I would get a car. They had one full size SUV available which was double the price of the vehicle I had "reserved." Not very happy with having to pay the price, but I guess i really didn't have a choice because I would have been stranded without it. Had I known this beforehand, I could have made the choice to not even bother with trying to do business with Budget.

Worst car rental experience ever
Pros: Rented out the original car we reserved. Instead, Gave us a car that wouldn't hold air pressure and had some weird acceleration problem that felt like a slip in transmission,We had to change out cars half way through trip. The girl ( crystal, in ft Collins) was snotty and rude and told us she was doing us a favor by giving us a different car. Wached her argue with the customer before us too.
To top it off, just found out they double charged our credit cards in witchita falls when we rented the car.
What a huge pain this company has been.
If you have any other choice, don't use budget.
Cons: Nothing, it was a pain from the word go and still trying to rectify the double charge on credit card.

Pros: The price was good and they made it right after my trip.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that I had to switch my rental twice and use three different vehicles

Never used Budget.
Pros: Nothing is likeable about Budget.
Cons: Wouldn't know. Switched to Enterprise because Budget screwed up and tried to overcharge my original quote.
Cons: I paid for drop off at 4am, but the drop off location did not open until 7:30am and had no key drop off box - and my flight left at 5am that morning. I was VERY inconvenienced in getting my car dropped off, negatively affected my business travel.
Cons: Upon picking up my rental, the cost tripled from what I was quoted online. The agent informed me of special fees based on locations. I had to call the customer service line and make a complaint before the agent was able to return my costs to the original quoted amount. Last car rental I will make through Kayak or Hertz.
