Pros: I was late for my reservation so they assumed I wasn't coming and thus gave away my car. However, they got me a new car and upgraded me for the inconvenience so it wasn't too bad. Maybe next time just shoot the customer a phone call to make sure they're not coming.

Good Rental experience.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Nice clean car.
Cons: Why do they have to type for 10 minutes to enter a rental. The system should make the process quicker.

Cons: I asked for an intermediate size vehicle, because parknig is so tight at my destination. When I arrived, I was told I could take a pick-up truck or a van, or I could wait for an hour to be taken to an alternate location.

Friendly customer service
Pros: the staff was helpful picking me up and then bringing me back home.

Pros: When I booked the rental I immediately received an email confirmation regarding my rental complete with a phone number to call with any questions or concerns. When I went to pick up my rental there was no confusion and everything was exactly as I had booked.
Cons: I was charge 2 days instead of 1. The manager in the dropoff office couldn't modifie the bill. I had to waste my time calling the customer service. They finally confirmed me that they will modifie the boll, but I still do not have a written confirmation

Pros: Great customer service! Car was clean inside and out!
Cons: The car had not been washed. It also had, some time in the past, had someone smoke in it (as became apparent once the car got warmer). Using the windshield defroster made the heat stop working. Had I not had to drive to a conference before they opened, I would have returned the car and made alternative plans (from another rental place).
Attention during pickup and dropoff was desultory. At no point did anyone ask how the car was (I would have told them if they had).
I will not rent here again.

Pros: THE OPPORTUNITY AND AN UPGRADE I WAS ABOUT TO RECEIVE.
Cons: DUE TO CARD PROBLEMS AND OTHER ISSUES I WAS UNABLE TO FULFILL THE RENTAL EXPERIENCE, THOUGH NO COMPLAINT ON SERVICE OFFERED.
