Lovely pillows and bed linen. Wide range of breakfast foods .
Saeco coffee machine makes very weak coffee with no taste and the other coffee machine Douart Egbert was even worse . This is a very personal criticism from someone who likes real coffee from a real espresso coffee machine Gaggia or Krup. Most people will probably think the coffee is ok.

location is good. the staff are friendly and willing to share the information about where to go in Serra da Estrela. Nice gym, sauna and steam. Bed is comfortable. Room with good view. good breakfast with nice view too

I was very happy with the vegan breakfast, I asked for this at my reservation and they made it possible. Staff really nice and helpful.

Delicious breakfast with a huge variety to choose from. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Onsite gym and spa. Will definately return.
