Very clean, gorgeous settings with great views. Pool staff at the adult pool were amazing. Constantly helping (includes the waiters and the life guards (yanus was amazing) - well equipped with plenty of beds and great access to the lovely beach. Good range of drinks and limited food options at the pool. In room dining menu is great although a bit expensive. Rooms are excellent quality and well equipped. Staff are constantly willing to help. The lao restaurant was a great option and the staff made it extra special for our anniversary. Staff again were very helpful and had great knowledge of the dishes and wine selection. Very tasty!
We had an issue with Gardening works and the level of noise however, the front of house manager (zeina) was quick to react and moved our room immediately. Thank you! Food options and the beach are quite limited especially compared to the in room dining. Would be good to see this grow. There isn’t much around the hotel so you would need to use cabs to get off the palm. These were readily available and the front staff helped with this.

This is one of the most wonderful experiences we ever had in a 5* Hotels in this area. Amazingly attentive, dedicated, devoted stuff. Starting with great chefs who were happyliy full filing every request we had ( especially concerning our food intolerances and alergies). Everyone we met was friendly, kindly assisting and taking care of us as a huge big family. THANK YOU WALDOR ASTORIA TEAM for making our stay a unique "WALDORF ASTORIA EXPERIANCE" .
