My stay was great I would of like to experience swimming in the pool and a taste of the hydro pool also but too expensive for one person other I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Staff very friendly and helpful.
I didn’t like that I have to pay separate if I want to use the pool

Central, friendly staff, breakfast, ease of registration.
It was what we expected. However, I think we heard only one Scottish accent among the staff. In Scotland's capital a Scottish accent – i.e. Gleneagles Hotel – would be an added attraction. We heard an American asking to hear a Scots voice. There were none at least on duty.

Location was fabulous. The staff was very nice although we do wish the bar staff would Be more attentive to guests.
We wished the bar staff would of checked in more with us during our meals/drinks. We found we had to wait some time in between getting new beverages.

i have visited this hotel on a number of occasions, i love the club rooms as they really deliver what they say, the lounge with open bar and canapes is superb, i am not a spa person but the guests were raving about it. i look forward to my next trip there.
