Pros: Staff was not Enterprise. Had to work with National. Pick up was fine after we checked in.
Cons: Enterprise counter was not staffed, had to wait on the woman from the National counter to check us in.
Pros: Vehicle was great enough room for all six of us.
Cons: When we got in we could immediately smell smoke & we don't smoke so it wasn't us. So the last renter must have smoked in it although there was a sign saying no smoking. It must not have been cleaned as well as it should have or the smell would have been as prominent as it was. We put on the air and hoped for the best.
Pros: Car was very clean
Cons: We purchased a mid size car but they did not have our reservation and we got a compact. Not happy about that and they did not give us a price break. They blamed Kayak and when I called your company they blamed Enterprise!

Cons: car had a loud noise in the front end, like something was rubbing against wheel housing, it occurred above 65 mph. therefore I set the cruise at 63mph. it reduces the aggravating noise considerably. The inside was not clean very good , windows smudge, console dusty and floors wasn't fully vacuum
Pros: little Hyundai was quite a good quality feeling car.

They didn't have a car available even after I confirmed
Cons: They had no car for me when I arrived. I had to go to the airport and rent a car with someone else and had to pay $82 more. I still need to contact kayak and get the insurance refunded. We'll see how their customer service is.
Cons: Second rental in a row at this location that I had to clean. At least this time the inside was clean - but seriously, run the car through the wash before giving it out to a customer.
Nice car, too bad it wasn't clean
Pros: Nice car with all the options, comfortable ride.
Cons: Needed large vehicle to pickup clients. Car was dirty, inside and out. Had to spend my own money to clean the car so it was acceptable for picking up business professionals. Inside was not vacuumed, chip crumbs in the door handle, some sticky white substance on the dash and several seats and candy in the creases of the rear seat. Not acceptable condition for a car going out to a customer. Cars should be cleaned inside and out when they are returned before being checked out to a new customer. Cost me $20 that I shouldn't have had to spend! Also, the system was down when I returned the car, so I was told I would receive a receipt in email. Never received the receipt, called customer service to make sure the car was showing returned, but still haven't received the receipt.
Pros: I have rented many cars and have had plenty of bad experiences. This time was not one of them.
