Room was great (view of aqueduct); breakfast was plentiful and good and the rest of the staff made up for the off-putting reception lady.
The female at the front desk was not welcoming and, very slow.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are quite big with an extra large bed extremely clean and calm, the breakfast was pretty good too, would recommend it if you looking for a hotel to enjoy the facilities.
the drinks that we order by the pool were very gross they should really look into it, and the small terraces that comes with some rooms are not private at all,any one that is taking a walk by the gardens or on the way to the pool area will see you there, other then that no complaints, would definitely go back!
