The massive air conditioning unit on the floor in the room, dirty floor, no internet, location, bathroom very run down

The staff was wonderful and very friendly.
The hotel is old, the rooms had some updates but tile, mirrrors were still old. Our room was a bit dirty and they were under construction. The location is actually not that great and the food from room service was really horrible. It looks like it was a nice hotel sometime in the past. The staff was wonderful though and did everything they could for us to be comfortable.
