Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast with fresh fruits, centrally located and very close to the lake
we ordered room service and the lady didn’t really listen to us. we have not receive what we ordered. we asked again for it and then we received it. However, on check-out we had to pay for the food we didn’t order as well.

All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Ms Lan was constantly at our assistance with booking trips, airport transfer, etc., which made our stay very pleasant. The hotel also has a great location, in the middle of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, perfect to explore the city. Very comfortable beds. All in all we had a wonderful stay at Silk Collection Hotel.
