The size of the hotel
The service of the hotel , I need to check out early due to my others schedule but the hotel Insist me to pay for all 3 nights. This is the first time I encounter this issue !! Will never visit marriot hotel again in my life!!

The surrounding area is quiet. All the staff are very professional, friendly and efficient.
It takes 30-min drive to Hanoi city centre.
