The Gym was not good, most machines did not work and it was very small and basic stuff were missing.The inside pool was too cold and shopuld have been open longe3r than 19pm.

The food here was pretty good. The pool was nice and deep. Our room was huge.
We booked a day at the spa and were forced to cancel with plenty of notice. The spa clerk began berating us about how bad it is for them that we cancelled. She then proceeded to yell at us and accused us of not having enough money for the spa. (We had already paid...) I brought this matter to the front desk and they did not care. That is not the mentality of a 5 star hotel. Then again, I don’t believe that this is a true 5 star. I would say it rates at a solid 4 star. Most definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the attitude of the staff.
