Cons: No central A/C. The in-room A/C worked great but loudly clicked on and off and woke me up through the night. Should have brought a sound machine to drown it out.

Cons: It was outdated. Everything in the room felt like it was old.

Cons: price was about 15% high

Cons: The neighborhood is 'transitional'. I had my dog with me as we were taking an international flight the next morning and I was able to walk her for about five minutes before I had to turn around because the community went from questionable to bad very quickly. Also, my in-room dining menu was missing the lunch and dinner section. I called to request someone bring up a menu, but nobody ever came. Finally I went down to get a dinner menu from the restaurant and was presented with a lunch menu. Ordered room service for breakfast and could only eat the potatoes and the english muffin because the eggs weren't made from eggs; they tasted like cardboard.

Cons: the staff could not find my reservation. I had to provide them with the confirmation I had from Kayak

Cons: no moicrowave & refrig in rooms

Cons: I didn't like that my room wasn't cleaned the last day I was there I had to ask for towels the last two days and when told staff at front desk my room hadn't been cleaned the response I was given was eww! Was given a free breakfast but not compensated in any other way. Where as if you stay else where and have an issue with the room you get refunded money for that day.

Cons: Can't think of anything!

Cons: Room 619. It's falling apart. Drawer handle for desk came off. Paint peeling on the shower ceiling and tv audio was. Ad. Bed is the worse bed I have sleep in in 20 years of hotel travel.

Cons: The air conditioning in the room was not working. The room was warmer than desired at night. The light over the bath tub was not working. But all in all it was a great place to stay for the money.

Cons: Did not have my reservation when I arrived, asked me to call kayak myself to sort it out. The building is very old and not well maintained. I got a glass with lipstick on at breakfast...

Cons: Location is convenient to highway, but noisy. Building is older and King room was on the small side.

Cons: room didn't get cold enough for our taste and no free breakfast other than that it was great

Cons: Would NEVER stay here again. Horrible service, old hotel, uncomfortable beds. NOT WORTH A SINGLE DOLLAR. And to reiterate - absolutely horrible service.

Cons: Facility needs some cosmetic updates. Example - newer air conditioning units in rooms. Our room had black stains on carpeting in front of sink ( ink?). We reported it.

Cons: The refrigerator didn't work some my complimentary ice cream bar melted.

Cons: It took 3 calls down to front desk for my friend to get an extra blanket to the room. Not sure why someone could not just bring it up the first time....other than that, everything was great! :-)

Cons: Old hotel with no modern amenities. Rude hotel staff.

Cons: I didn't like that their address had my gps telling me to pull into a locked shut gate area of the property. I also didn't like that there were 2 seperate driveways by their main entrance sign but only 1 takes you to the hotel, the other takes you to a restarunt with no access to the hotel. if you take that wrong one you have to pull out and go all the way around the block again to get to the right one because those driveways are located on a 1 way access road. I also did not like that they would not let me park my motorcycle under their awning at the entrace, normally I could care less (I have 2 working legs and feet I can walk) but it was pooring rain and it's not good for the motorcycle to be left out in the rain like that, I wasn't even blocking the driveway. but they said no. Luckily I had a cover to put over the bike to keep most of the rain off.

Cons: House keeping would come by and check to see if someone was in the room before check out time. I use that time to sleep.

Cons: nothing really not to like, overall it was a pleasant experience and this trip was only a couple of days. But a quick note that the area in general is not a very safe area, so don't recommend walking around.

Cons: comforters had seen better days...were very worn down. Further from airport than I would've preferred.

Cons: Everything Staff & Breakfast Were Great

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. It was a great hotel for a quick business trip. It wasn't the Ritz or anything, but it was clean and the staff was amazing.

Cons: I went in my room, the light switch didn't work. Only one of the lamps would turn on, there were dead bugs, it STUNK soo bad! Someone's used soap was in the shower, the shower curtain was barely even hanging on and looked disgusting. It was by far the grossest place I've ever stayed.

Cons: The staff was rude, asked for non smoking room and room still smelled like cigarettes, hallways and elevators reeked of marijuana and not the good kind. Asked for extra blankets and pillows and first the receptionist said they didn't have extra pillows (which is not a big deal) but then she said that 'if we still wanted the blankets we would have to go downstairs and get them ourselves' at almost 1am. I asked if there was anyway she could bring them to us since we were exhausted from working the rodeo and she refused. So my husband goes down to get them and she sent him back with 2 sheets after we asked for blankets. When he told her that, she said that's all they had which also wouldn't have been a big deal if she had said that before! Plus the location is right off the freeway so don't expect a peaceful sleep.

Cons: Booked through Kayak by its subsidiary booking.com, but was told the reservation was cancelled and they can't get me a room there. Spent two hours on the phone but nothing got resolved. Ended up that I have to book a room on spot with a walk-in rate. No compensation was offered even when asked. Kayak booing sucks, that's the bottom line.

Cons: they don't prorate your stay,i needed to check out early and was told that I would be charged for the full week that I had reserved.
