Pros:Flight was on time, WIFI on board, decent cooked meal, stainless steal cutlery (this, in economy class) cabin crew was great. All in all - it was a pleasant experience.
Cons:WIFI is reasonably priced, but data allowance is tiny (13.90 EUR for the duration of the flight, but capped at 90Mb). It's good only for messaging or emergency.

Pros:I liked the price I paid for the flight and the legroom between the seats - as I'm fairly tall - 6'3"/over 190sm, that was a big concern for me and that's why I didn't go with other carriers. I ended up having an entire row of 4 seats to myself, so I was able to stretch out and get some sleep. Flight attendants were coming around very often with drinks.
Cons:I expected to get an e-mail with an offer to upgrade to Business Class as I was flying a day before my birthday, so I was in a mood to treat myself - but unfortunately, that never came. Once on board, when the meal was served, the breakfast meal had the scrambled eggs soaked with water, so didn't get the amazing food that others have talked about., Before landing, we were served a long sandwich that was very amateurish. Boarding was chaotic - as typical in many places in Europe, there is no boarding order - just people forming a line and getting on the plane.

Cons:We were told to go to a desk for boarding car which we walked for some time to get too and were then told to go to the gate and they would give us a boarding card then. Much walking for no reason. They need to communicate with each other and customers more.
