You have to run off about half a bath-full of cold water before it runs hot - despite polite (and very correct) notice in bathroom asking guests to conserve water! Our room seemed about a mile away from reception, or either staircase or lift. Particularly irritating when arriving and departing as even using the lift, we still had to negotiate several stairs with heavy suitcases.
