The overall quality of the hotel : the cleanliness/standard of accommodation/excellent breakfast/very helpful staff.
The bedroom was very hot and it wasn't obvious how to regulate the temperature. Would be useful to have some simple operating instructions in each bedroom.

Allow dogs, but charge extra. You cannot leave it alone in the room, which means you cannot eat in the restaurant. I missed a place to sit.It was no sofa, only one wooden chair for 2 persons.

“Staff were helpful and polite although the information we were given on a public car park that was a reasonable price turned out not to be correct!! We found another ourselves the next night that was closer and less than half the "reasonable" price. Good choice of restaurants nearby. The Old Town location would be good for tourists but we didn't have that luxury as we had to work each day outside of the main parts of town.”
