Good location and clean rooms.
Staff not helpful, they don't answer the phones. No wifi, even in reception it was not working and no option to have a coffee in the morning for people that don't want a full breakfast!

The room was well furnished & the Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Old Jerez was just a 10 minute walk from the hotel although with it's many narrow streets we did get lost a couple of times returning to the hotel! Room service was prompt as well. Parking was good but felt should have been included in the price.
The mattresses were a little soft for our liking but we still had a good nights sleep. We would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Lovely room over 2 floors with a massive bed. The spa is very good value although not particularly luxurious.
