Pros: The hotel, staff, and facilities are all lovely. By day two 1/2 the staff recalled my name and they took care of the smallest details. Arman in the dining room knew just how I liked my coffee in the morning and always greeted me by name and with a big smile. My room wasn’t ready when I first arrived so they brought my luggage up for me while I went shopping. The rooftop bar was cozy and has exceptional views, and the rooms feel luxurious with down pillows and mattress toppers and super-soft sheets.

Pros: Bed is really comfortable. Nice view out. Stuff really nice. But I hade little issue with hotel.
Cons: It’s nice place and clean. And nice staff. But I had little issue with them I forgot one bag in taxi and ask him to return it to the hotel which he did but the hotel kept lie that they don’t get any thing for 2 days till I called the police and have them talk to them. Then they bring my stuff. So make sure you don’t lose any thing cause u will never get it back.

Pros: All said and done the location was pretty good .. opposite to a large mall connected by a walk way .. also you could tell at some point it was a 5* facility .. the lobby area looked impressive ..
Cons: .. most other things were either just average or below average .. the rooms had a very dated look .. furniture was old ... things in the wall were loose .. couple of times when i connected my laptop the outlet actually came out of the wall .. when we ordered room service they would not charge it to the room .. when i gave him a credit card he was not happy .. worst of course was the WiFi .. it was so poor that it was almost not usable .. if i was on a business trip i would have been livid .. even here i had to use the data on my cell phone since it was faster than their wifi! Overall except for the price .. i would not recommend .. at a slightly higher price i am sure you can get better accommodation ...

Cons: The hotel was a bit far far from almost everything city citer ,Kl tower/Twin tower . Its cheap yeah but you spend more in buses or train and grab to go the touristic places. So the money you safe on hotels you spend it more on transportation walking would be hard because it would rain hard or its so hot. My room wasn’t clean And the sink was broken.
