Situated in the middle of the action and directly across the street from world class dining & shopping at CityCenter with Strip and mountain views; this non-gaming resort surrounds you with luxury & convenience
Nice small room. Pros: Nice non casino hotel in the heart of the strip.Cons: They sell time shares and are pushing you to attend seminars
Awesome Pros: I loved the room convenience and the kitchen Cons: The trash was a little small
Great location, great valuePros: The value we received given the fact there was a large conference was going on, was great.
Cons: Overbooked so they sent me to a location far away from the strip. Only provided me with 1 cab stipend that didn't even cover a tip to the driver. Very dissapointed
Pros: The locationCons: The bed
Modern, good location, value for moneyPros: The property's located centrally on the Las Vegas 'strip', with most key attractions within walking distance; a bus stop isn't far away, for easy access to Downtown and beyond. The property is well maintained with good facilities and some rooms have excellent views. Cons: Beware of offers for the 'welcome package' after you've checked in - for me, this was an offer of a part-rebate on my booking if I was willing to sit through a sales presentation for the resort. No interest from me - so no welcome for me. Staff, generally, seemed more sales-oriented than service-oriented, which was disappointed and unexpected.
Hidden feesPros: The only good thing about this place was the location. AWESOME location. The rooms were also clean.Cons: The staff was horrible. Upon arrival they had no record of my reservation. Luckily I had my confirmation papers with me. I then had to wait another 45 mins for them to make another reservation. I had 3 rooms btw. Once the reservation was made they charged me an extra $100 for each room that's a total of $300! and it was their mistake that the reservations were not there. After I checked out and went back home I noticed another charge for $67 on my credit card. I called to ask them about and they told my it was an amenity fee for using valet parking, the pool, business center, fitness center etc. I NEVER used any of that stuff. I spoke with a manger he hung up on me and when I called back he mysteriously left for the day. I asked for a corporate phone number and they gave me a number to a local spa! very unprofessional place. will never stay here again.
Pros: Overall great stay! Clean and comfy! Great location! Cons: Really annoyed by the immediate attempt and pressure to book us into the 90 min, timeshare, sales pitch seminar! Just drove 4 hours in the heat and just wanted to get to our room and relax. Didn't ruin the stay but certainly turned me off to the suggestion.
Overpriced well located clean property with very bPros: Location,
CleanlinessCons: Hidden resort fees not mentioned in third party reservation sites,
Room without a real bed - just an uncomfortable sofa bed,
Trying staff (I dealt with a manager by the name of Mia Salvador - perhaps others are okay)
Great Value, Convenient Location to StripPros: Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was barely a block off the strip so very convenient to get into the hub of Vegas. Gym, pools, and amenaties top notch for money spent. Glad that it was not connected to a casino as I am not a gambler or drinker, but do enjoy wandering the strip. Would stay here again and will likely be my first location to check for my next trip back to the Vegas area.
Fave on stripPros: For location, amenities, and value it is now one of my favorite places to stay on the strip. Having the small kitchen set up with fridge and microwave and dishes is great! And can't beat the location for the price!
Great stayPros: Accommodation and location for the price is a great deal and time. Cons: Slight problem with the booking due to computer problems. Lead to a double charge.
