The reception staff, very polite, courteous and professional.. And the location is perfect..
Well, the noise in the toilet after been used, takes a good while to switch off, the noise in the fridge bar, it happens every day at the same time in the middle of the night..The breakfast is only just ok..

Breakfast fine
Bathroom was not good, considerable black mould around bath and on surrounding tiles. 20 minute job to clean, remove old sealant and replace it. Apart from this problem the hotel and staff were fine. We stay in Lisbon regularly and will return here if they sort the bathrooms.

Breakfast was so good and enough too. Location is perfect, nice and safe neighborhood, near good restaurants, walking distance from attractions, metro station. Quiet, clean room and comfortable bed.
Cigar smell in the room. Room is small but is not a big problem.

Clean and friendly for a 2 star hotel. Breakfast was ok.
Quite old fashioned, wardrobes were tough to open and close and fear of the door falling off. There was no window, only a door with a shutter of which would not close at night, letting the light in and noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.
