Pros: Very nice location. we had a view in a little picturesque square. we were delighted!

Cons: Everything was fine!

Pros: Location was excellent, staff friendly

Cons: No elevator. So, if you dont have luggage, its fine. Breakfast was ok, not more.

Pros: Spacious, all the extras such as coffee, toiletries, the breakfast basket was lovely, great and fresh.

Cons: Echoey building, meant was quite noisy from fellow stayers at the guest house and street outside, could hear everything even with windows closed. Also requested 2 single beds but got 1 double and staying with my dad resulted in sleeping on the sofa.

Pros: Very good position to visit Lisbon. Staff was great and kind. Rooms are very spacy. Breakfast idea (baskets at the door) is nice, although they are delivered quite late if you are there for business (or they will deliver them at night, but stuff will not be that fresh).

Cons: Rooms noise isolation is not very great, you can hear a lot others (water, walking, talking, coffee machine). So if this is an issue for you (not much for me) you should be aware of it.

Pros: The staff at this hotel were extremely kind and friendly. The room was nice, warm and bright. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town. Breakfast is interesting, served in baskets and very nice, varied

Cons: During my stay there were rainy days so the sewage in the bathroom was very smelly. The Wi-fee in my room was bad, the connection was often broken.

Pros: Friendly staff, very cozy studio.

Pros: The warm welcome from the reception staff (the staff was very knowledgeable about the area around the hotel and willing to recommend restaurants to go to/ sightseeing). The breakfast delivered directly to your room at the desired time was excellent. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were finger prints on the mirror, and rests of a an old bar of soap in the soap holder in the shower.

Pros: Classy suite.

Cons: Construction site above my room. Annoying noise from 10am till 17pm.

Cons: Hearing the showers from the neighbors was really loud. Not enough plugin opportunity

Pros: Excellent location, just 15/20 minute walk from Winter Wonderland. Lovely first floor Piano Bar very nice pool area Spa Sauna etc. Excellent Hotel, catered for my party of x 10 Rooms and was great when I asked for Champagne, they even sent me a Free Birthday Cake when entertaining in my suite (50th Tut!!!) Lovely staff and very nice atmosphere.

Cons: Found the price for the breakfast rather expensive at €35.00 per day for x 2 pax. Ours was included in the suite but our guests who had Doubles had the option to pay. There is a perfectly good Cafè 100 yards away that did breakfasts/Pastries/goodies from €3.00 !!! Also sorry to be negative, I ordered a transfer one way from airport to hotel through the hotel which was €70.00 - and when we went back after our long weekend it was €12 in an Uber, so slightly stung. But Hey Ho, there was a Chauffeur with a nice laptop at the waiting point when we arrived off the plane. They also do a FREE shuttle if you are lucky enough to use it, sadly we were in the wrong place or wrong time, so just missed it etc, but not a big deal, nice that they offer it to be fair.

Cons: I ended up at the Altis after a very long day of travel and a disastrous Airbnb experience left me and my friends without a place to stay. Desperate, we found the Altis on Kayak with a 5-star rating and were willing to put a little extra money in given how nice the place looked in the app. Unfortunately, this ended up being a terrible experience. The staff was extremely slow and unhelpful, making us wait a very long time to get to our rooms after a very long day. Moreover, the rooms bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos we saw on the app - they were outdated, dingy, and dirty. There were hairs in our showers, and the floors were stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work, coming in and out every few minutes. In fact, we ended our stay early given how bad the conditions were - though it took ages to do so at reception. There is no way this hotel is 5 stars and it should not be advertised as such. Personally, I would like for the hotel to compensate me in some way for such a misleading and poor experience.

Pros: Concierge staff were terrific, location of the hotel was close enough to many sights,breakfast was amazing

Cons: Booked a superior room with courtyard view, got a small bed and not view to speak of Other hotels we stayed in Paris or Warsaw offer complimentary water, here it’s only one time on arrival and they don’t advertise it unless you ask

Pros: Very comfortable beds, nice room, fantastic breakfast. Close to Parque metro station and about a 20 minute walk to downtown area.

Cons: We had to ask them to clean our room in the afternoon despite leaving the 'Please clean' sign on the door. Our room faced the busy road so was quite noisy.

Pros: Large King size bed on an upper floor (13th), so I did not experience the noise issues that other guests have written about. Well appointed room and bathroom (excellent water pressure). Front desk staff, hostess and restaurant staff were efficient and also very friendly. The inclusive breakfast was a nice addition; a large enough selection to satisfy most tastes.

Cons: Small fitness room that wasn’t advertised in any of the hotel brochures and is not open 24/7.

Cons: limited facilities and not easy to find.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Reception Sophia very helpful. Breakfast buffet very nice. Many selections. Michael at the bar very nice.

Cons: No early check in. No coffee or breakfast when arriving early. No dinner options except for buffet after 7p.

Cons: The breakfast was a bit messy in terms of presentation. The food variety was good.

Pros: The variety and the quality of the Breakfast was outstanding. The rooms, especially the beds were also outstanding! The location was excellent. What made my stay there excellent was the help and friendliest of all the Hotel staff, especially the staff at the Front Desk! I would stay there again for the location, beds, food and for the most helpful and outstanding hotel staff. Thank you for all.

Pros: The property is walking distance to everything. Tram 28 is just a couple of blocks away and on the other end Placa Commercial. Its right smack in the middle. We liked because of the location. Not so much uphill slopes because we were purposely avoiding that. And since we took uber most times, the hotel is in the corner of a main street so its easy to wait for the uber ride. The room's size is good, it was clean in general. There was someone at the reception 24/7.

Cons: They can improve on the cleanliness of the bathroom. There are some tiles with black lines on the in betweens.

Cons: Elevator would not go to the correct floor. Worse elevator I have ever experienced. In bar got an orange juice. 12 ounces for 3 euros. Same server at dinner 6 ounces for 3 euros.
