The staff were very polite and friendly, the market brasserie could have abit more of a gap between tables for wheelchairs to get through as my husband had to get my breakfast for me as I couldn't get there as loads of customers sitting.
Stayed for the first time for a concert and it was just amazing, very friendly staff and got driven by the lovely Rob from the train station outside the hotel. Our bags were taken straight to our room that was very nice as I am disabled, a very warm welcome by everyone, we were checked in by the fantastic Nadia who upgraded us as it was our wedding anniversary she made us feel very relaxed and explained everything. The only thing I would say is that the bathroom floor have an anti slip mat for the shower for disabled customers apart from that the stay was 1st class loved every minute of it. The breakfast was lovely also. Will definitely be staying again thank you.
