Beautiful hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms were comfortable and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. The check-in staff were especially friendly and helpful.
We were only passing through and since it was a quick trip we didn't get to experience the afternoon tea service or the spa. We would've loved to have more time, but our schedule was quite full.

What a delightful hotel. We were in the middle of the Carona virus so the hotel was very quiet. The spa was closed for obvious reasons but we were there for just one night so not an issue. Staff were amazing and food was also amazing.
Our corridor smelled of sewage, but our room was fine.

The room we have stayed (room 434) in a terrible condition . Need serious remodeling .Nothing like they posted on the internet . The draw of night stand is very dirty , lots of crumbs . Feels like three stars only .
