The location, definitely. The grotto is literally 3 minutes away. Comfortable, if sparsely furnished, rooms.

Spacious comfortable room, beautiful view from balcony, very grand reception area, spotlessly clean, helpful reception staff who spoke perfect english.

Our rooms did not have suitable walk in showers as stated and then we were moved to a two level room with a difficult stair access, where the shower on the upper level had only cold water on two of the mornings. Also on the Sunday evening our table in the restaurant although booked in advance was not available and we had to sit by the side of the through-way which was very noisy and the manager did move out table after our first course but we were not served the food we ordered after 45 minutes and had to leave before desert as the restaurant so so full and having problems dealing with the numbers.

It was very noisy late at night with pilgrims in bar till 3am. My mother & I couldn't sleep.
