Family oriented, friendly staff & proximity to the Grotto, easy walking distance. We satyed in this hotel 5 yrs. ago, this is the reason why we came back. You have improved so much with your services.

The location was excellent and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
The room was smaller than expected, more in line with a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. We were at the back overlooking an alley so it would be worth requesting views over the river as they are lovely.

Staff are fantastic, very helpful and always willing to help out at all costs.
Food is "too good". Let me explain, whilst the food (main menu options) are super they are too much 'nouvelle cuisine'. It would be great if the hotel could serve a more 'rustic' menu offering typical local cuisine. I prefer 'normal' down to earth dishes rather than top of the range items.

Renovated in 2015, Mercure Lourdes Impérial welcomes pilgrims, tourists and business travellers in an Art Deco building from the late 1940s. With a meeting room for hosting your events, our hotel in Lourdes also invites you to savour products from nearby farms at our restaurant and to stock up on souvenirs in our boutique.
