Nothing, place needs a refurbisment.
Internet pictures lie,as we were lone travellers I beleieve that is why we ended up in the annex and not the main hotel. It was a fight each morning to get breakfast as we were not part of a group and they didn't want to know us.The doors to the breakfast room were slammed closed just before 9 am finish time to stop us going in for breakfast. Never will stay in a vinuales hotel again. Value for money,see what you get in a Hi Express hotel for less.

“Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Mme Vinuales - the owner - being involved and visible in the hotel very regularly!! A very kind and down-to-earth Lady. Panorama has become our home whenever we travel to Lourdes!”
“The location was perfect. So close to the grotto. very safe to walk alone in the dark too. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Because of the strikes, our flight was cancelled and they helped read all our emails from the airlines as was in French. Also helped with booking and rebooking taxis to airport.”
“The location is very good to visit the sanctuary. City centre is some 10-15 min (nice) walk. All the personnel were communicated with was very helpful, we appreciate it very much. The room was not large but quite comfortable. Special thanks for allowing us to stay until 14.00 at the day of check-out. Because of strike in France there were nor trains neither buses going out of Lourdes, and the ladies at the reception helped us book a taxi to the nearest city of Tarbes, from which we could finally reach Toulouse.”
