The staff were so helpful and it was such value for money and the rooms were great.

Friendly receptionist. Good facilities, wifi internet service good. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, fair selection. Good location to the Le Grotte (main purpose of our visit). Overall hotel was good value, will recommend to others and will return.
v. good in room internet service (but time limited), not a major problem though provided that the receptionist was available.

Lourdes was quiet at our time of visiting. Enjoyed a great drive up. To Pontiac d'Espangne. The staff were helpful and it was good to have a refrigerator in the room.

The staffs were very friendly and accomodating. In fact the sales manager could speak 11 different languages... definitely a great asset to the hotel and trememdous comfort to overseas guests.
