Hotel Alvalade

This was my 3rd stay at Alvalade and was dissapointing. I always had a good experience before. This time i stayed for 3 nights 1) Room 616 : The first night 18th March the airconditioner wasnt cooling, I brought it to the notice of the staff the following morning and they attended to it. It worked in parts sometimes cooling sometimes not. The 3rd night it stopped cooling again 2) On 19th March the wifi was non functional for 5 hours since afternoon. Everytime would enquire they would say 10 mins and wasnt resolved till we went down to the reception : they gave us a new password and it worked. This could have simply been passed on to us much earlier , we had a workshop in Luanda on 20th March and would certainly say our work got affected due to this 3) The poolside restaurant dinner on 19th March : Ordered a pizza which never came after an hour, asked for it to be cancelled and requested the bill which also wasnt provided till much later Apologies but this time Alvalade didnt live up to our expectations
