Beautiful view at the restaurant, very friendly staff, very clean rooms, good coffee with kettle at my room, swimming pool very clean, good housekeeping, very good breakfast and lots more.

Only was geven 2 bottels of water per day in the room for 2 people. Could not request more. No snacks available anymore between 18-23h

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was huge with very nice views and all amenities needed. The best part was a bath near the window. Terrace was excellent! An excellent cocktail bar upstairs.

i would like to see more canarian tapas on a menu at least in a Pool Bar Restaurant

The pools and spa were so nice that they clearly competed with the beach of maspalomas. Moreover, the beds and linen were amazing, making you sleep like a baby. Breakfast at the 360 is spectacular: eating while feeling the ocean breeze and seing the amazing dunes and ocean!!
The 360 restaurant. We had a reservation which they did not seem to respect at all: we waited for half an hour and ended up leaving. They should treat guests with prefered care over outsiders who go there just to eat.
