Such a personal, friendly warm welcome. Each and every member of staff greeted us daily as if they knew us personally. The food was fantastic, a wonderful range of healthy and indulgent options. Our baby daughter LOVED the melon. The pools and general facilities were great. We will be back.
Evening dress code - trousers mandatory for men. Feel this was not in keeping with the general laid back and friendly approach of the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent. The proximity of our room was really bad. it was so far away from the restaurant and reception, we both struggled with our bad knees, we asked to be moved and they said they couldn't move us. This is the reason we would not stay again, unless we were guaranteed a closer room.
