The 4 hour flight to get to Maspalomas which you can’t do anything about!!

Table clothes and staff uniforms seem outdated. Cutlery sticky/dirty, room door did not work well, toaster (breakfast) not clean(ed)

Great hotel with nice facilities in a perfect location!!!
Spa was nice but not value for money in my opinion... at least compared to other Spa in the area + I could not enjoy the balcony given the vis-à-vis and the view on the parking... ☹

I liked everything about this property . Excellent Facilities and location. Breakfast and Dinner were fantastic , great choice, quality and variety.
Parking is a little tight . Only parking is directly in front of the property and if you leave you can loose your spot
