Seaside Sandy Beach

The food was excellent, restaurant staff very friendly and efficient.

We were very upset that the hotel had overbooked and tried to get us to move to another hotel, they promised it was very good but it was not what we booked and not in the area we wanted to be in. We declined to move. Perhaps as a consequence the room we were allocated was very disappointing, no air conditioning in the bedroom, small double bed - we asked for twin beds. We have stayed here before and had much better rooms at the same level. No a good experience this time.

The front desk was very nice. Even though we did not ask for an extra bed for our daughter they offered one complimentary.

The staff are very friendly and efficient

It was me and my wife's honeymoon we were placed on the 3rd floor which is very close to the bar restaurant and entertainment ( which was shocking) area it was very noisy with the maids dragging the beds and trolleys around plus it didn't help the maintenance guy decorating outside our door most days. The staff and food make this hotel however I feel there are certain areas that need looking at like the entertainment section it is very small for a big hotel, plus it is in major need of a face-lift it looks so outdated, music around the place was the same every day.
