Cons:Food price on the cafeteria and restaurant
Pros:The best part about this hotel was that it was really close to the Foro Sol. The staff was friendly they have a kitchen that is open 24hrs a day. It was clean and the bed was comftable
Cons:I really didn’t have any negative to say about this hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town
Pros:Staff did an amazing job answering my questions, front desk personnel were very well trained.
Pros:Todas las personas son muy amables, el restaurante de los mejores que he probado a precios razonables.
Cons:La alberca no tiene área para niños pequeños, pero es una buena piscina para nadar y hacer ejercicio.
Pros:they resolved my reservation after one hour after telling me they could not find my reservation and accommodate me for my two night stay
Cons:I booked a reservation through kayak confirmed and when I get to the hotel they could not find my reservation even when I showed them the email they couldn't find it . I never had a problem like this before and don't know who's fault it was but the hotel still felt guilty for leaving me stranded for an hour in the lobby and accommodate me anyways. I also asked for a suite which was 2 nights they have me a regular room for the first night I don't appreciate this kind of service coming in late at night and felt stranded also what you put me through more trouble I booked another hotel for the next night and then they accommodated me for the second night at the original Hotel so I actually spent more money then I was supposed to not appreciated kayak should be a little bit more careful on who they accommodate people towards especially if they're flying out of country
Pros:The free airport shuttle and reasonably close proximity to the airport were perfect for our over-night layover.
