The staff was very nice and friendly.
My original room had an active ac leak, causing mold to grow on the closet ceiling. The room had a very strong musty odor.We were relocated to another room that smelled much better but had mosquitoes. Also the Guess amenities info on booking.com was misleading because the hotel no longer offers beach chairs or an umbrella.

Very contemporary feel good hotel Fantastic location, just away from the madness of ocean drive but 2 mins up the road when you want it. 5 minutes to glorious beach . We ate in the resteraunt to and had a lovely meal all in all a great place

Location, beds were decent, shower head & water pressure good.
Room didn’t have a telephone (couldn’t call front desk), no HD Chanel’s on tv, tiny ants on nightstand, no fan vent in bathroom, fan in bedroom only blowed on low (medium & high speed didn’t work), room & hallway smelt like wet wood & mold/mildew, and charged resort fee for beach chairs & umbrella but could only use chairs/umbrella 13 blocks away @ 16th street meanwhile hotel is on 3rd street???
